Connection failed

When i try to connect from internet i always get the message "The connection to the servers has failed, pleas check the settings.

I have tryed to change the settings in Enigma TV, i have open the ports on my roter, i have also tryed to port forwarding the IP-adress throw DMZ without any luck. I have an ASUS Wireless roter RT-AC66U. If I conect to the local adress when I am home i have no problem, so i think it will be some problem with the router abnd firewall settings, but i will not find out what.
