Hi,
Are you talking about the Enigma-TV Server tool or a client application ?
From the server the channel switch should be instantly...
From a client app, it can take up to 20 seconds before the change because the server app needs time to prepare the compressed stream.

Hi,
From the webif, are you able to get the stream into VLC?
If not then the issue is coming from the image that you use.
Try an image like NewNigma2

Hi,
Difficult to understand your settings with these data ...
Could you please send me your Enigma-TV settings (do a screenshot) and do the same with your roiter settings.
Also, if Enigma-TV gives an error and tells that a port is still in use then you should change this port ... example: change port web 80 to 85
