Can someone explain step by step, using same ports as in video plz?

sto cercando di impostare anche io lo streaming da remoto....da tipo 5 anni.
Ho letto alcune cose ed ho pensato:
1) Se prendessi un nas con un plug in vlc nativo potrei impostarlo per la codifica del flusso e lo straming sul cellulare, giusto?
2) Il problema dello streaming da remoto sembra sia la "pesantezza" del flusso rispetto alla velocità delle reti mobili. Ma se mi collegassi da un'altra rete (da fibra a fibra) la necessità della transcodifica via vlc non ci dovrebbe essere essendo abbastanza veloce la trasmissione, mi confermate? Se così fosse, basterebbe assegnare un dns al dreambox, aprire le porte e usare l'app su android ben configurata (o un pc) e vedrei lo streaming esatto?
3) Sempre nello scenario sopra indicato (fibra-fibra) potrei anche inserire le stringhe su un nas e vedere il flusso con vlc sul cellulare collegandomi al nas esatto?

Sorry for my very late answer and mistake about the iOS app not available on the App Store.
I forgot to renew my Dev account at Apple and this made the app to disapear from the store.

It's now renewed and you should see the app back on the store very soon.

sono possessore di un dreambox (non ricordo il modello) con doppio tuner.
Vorrei riuscire a effettuare lo streaming da remoto e a configurare la vpn.
Domanda:
1) Posso usare il mio fritzbox come media serever invece del pc? Oppure un altro device a poco prezzo che non ha parti in movimento?
2) ci sono esperti in configurazione di enigma (anche a pagamento)?
